It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

The first day of Advent has arrived and everything is beginning to feel ever so slightly Christmassy around here. Over the weekend we had a couple of festive treats- on Saturday we enjoyed our village Christmas fair and light switch-on

The local Methodist church had a Lego Advent display;

And then on Sunday we took part in the Skipton santa fun run

Hundreds of people dressed in Santa suits running through the town of Skipton in the sunshine

Today we kicked off the beginning of December with two Advent calendars. One for the kiddies...

...and one for the husband!
